UNION TANK Eckstein GmbH & Co KG (UTA) has again won the VerkehrsRundschau trade magazine product image award in the fuel card category. This is the fifth time UTA has secured first place on the podium.

Every two years, the VerkehrsRundschau magazine carries out an independent market study to determine the image of providers in the categories Fleet + IT and Storage + Handling of Goods. The independent market research institute Kleffmann interviewed around 400 fleet managers from transport and fleet companies.  

“It is a great honour that the transport industry has once again awarded this important prize to us,” said Stefan Horst, UTA Head of Marketing, who accepted the award in February at the VerkehrsRundschau gala evening in Munich. “The fact that so many companies have chosen us as their top brand tells us that our innovative products and services perfectly meet the needs of transport pros.”  

Stefan continued, “We of course also thank our employees for their ongoing commitment to developing our services and to advancing the UTA brand.”

In addition to cashless fuel payments, UTA provides toll invoicing, repair shop services, breakdown, towing services and the refund of VAT and fuel tax.
