Important updates on Mont Blanc tunnel restrictions.

From 1 November, 2012, goods vehicles over 3.5 tonnes and less than EURO 3 will be banned from using the Mont Blanc Tunnel.



The Management of the Mont Blanc Tunnel has stated: "According to the decision of the intergovernmental authority, starting from 1 November, 2012, vehicles used for transporting by road that have an overall maximum authorised mass exceeding 3.5 tonnes and classified as EURO 2 are prohibited at the Mont-Blanc Tunnel."
