Dwellworks has announced the expansion of its APAC services with the acquisition in July of Ark Relocation, a Destination Services Provider (DSP) in China.
“This acquisition brings our clients the opportunity to offer an innovative and seamless service experience, whether in country or for global assignment support, with the rigour, compliance and exceptional customer service level they have come to expect from Dwellworks,” said Bob Rosing, CEO and President of Dwellworks. “We are very excited to welcome Dima, Kate and the Ark Relocation team to Dwellworks.”
Established in 2005, Ark Relocation brings nearly 15 years of global mobility experience to those relocating to mainland China and Hong Kong. With offices in Shanghai, Beijing, and Hong Kong and an established consultant and real estate network, the company delivers destination, real estate, intercultural, and visa and immigration services throughout China.
“The team at Ark is thrilled to join the global ranks of Dwellworks with this new partnership,” said Dima Lorenz, Co-founder and Managing Partner of Ark Relocation. “While we are extremely proud of the standards and services we have established here locally, the access to Dwellworks market-leading technology and processes will be a great asset to our team, as well as our RMC and global DSP partners.”
Ark Relocation Co-founders Dima and Kate Lorenz will continue to manage the organisation, providing operational and strategic leadership for the China market. The operation will transition to the Dwellworks brand by the third quarter of this year.
