Pickfords has announced the appointment of Mark Taylor as managing director of Pickfords’ operating company Pickfords Move Management Ltd.

Mark has worked for Pickfords for over 30 years in a variety of roles and in 2014 was appointed as a main Board director with responsibility for Pickfords’ home moving consumer business nationally.  As managing director, he will be responsible for driving quality and business performance across all Pickfords’ divisions.

Commenting on the appointment Yogesh Mehta, Chairman of Pickfords Move Management Ltd said, “Mark has a great track record in Pickfords and is well known in the removals and storage industry. He brings with him incredibly strong knowledge and experience which will be invaluable as we drive the business forward.” Yogesh added that it is a fantastic time to be leading the company, following an investment of over £1 million at its NW10 facility and planned capital investment in fleet, technology and people.  “I wish him every success in this challenging role.”
