Rob Giese heads innovation and change at Sterling Lexicon

Sterling Lexicon has announced the formation of a new innovation and change team focused on enhancing and optimising the mobility experience for its clients and their employees. Rob Giese has joined Sterling Lexicon to lead the team as vice president of innovation and change.

The innovation and change team will bring additional focus on delivering world-class digital and communication solutions to our clients and partners to deliver happy, productive people.”

Rob brings with him 30 years of experience in the global mobility industry along with an extensive background in technology for the global mobility industry. In addition to leading the innovation team, Rob will focus on client implementation and global process improvement using lean strategies.
