Arpin Group has announced the promotion of Derek Lord from manager of network services to director of IT infrastructure and operations.

In his new role, Derek will be responsible for determining current and future infrastructure needs, overseeing the design and implementation of IT systems on a network level, and monitoring and resolving network and service issues. He will also be tasked with creating strategies and procedures to support the functional IT infrastructure.

Mario Lemme, Senior Vice President of Information Technology said, “Derek has been key in the development and management of our IT systems. He is a capable and skilled IT professional, and I am looking forward to watching him excel in his new role within our company.”
