Elizabeth Stewart, Executive Vice President, was appointed to Move For Hunger’s Corporate Action Network (CAN) Committee for 2019. The CAN team’s primary goal is to support Move For Hunger’s mission to fight hunger and food waste.

“We have made some great strides through our partnership with Move For Hunger thus far,” said Elizabeth. “With our shared commitment to sustainability and corporate citizenship, it only made sense to do our part at a higher level to help reduce food waste. I’m proud to be a part of the Corporate Action Network to do just that.”

The CAN recently held their first meeting to discuss Move For Hunger’s goals toward fundraising, food collection, education, and industry adoption.

Altair Global has dedicated its efforts to help Move For Hunger’s mission to fight hunger and end food poverty over the past few years, providing 165,000 meals and 200,000 lbs of food in 2018 alone through their partnership, with hopes for providing more in 2019.
