Ms. Bakaçhan and Ms. Söğütlüoğlu realised that the bureaucracy, traditions and language in Turkey posed specific challenges for expatriates and so decided to start their own company to share their knowledge and utilize relationships to facilitate the lives of newcomers to Turkey and ensure that they can get the most from their time in the country.
