72-hour strike action in Chile

Oct 26 | 2016

Unipack in Santiago, Chile, has advised that the fiscal employees in the country have called a 72-hour strike in support of their wage demands.

Services such as customs offices, NSA, the health department and other government institutions will be affected.  This means that the processing of consignments arriving at the country's ports and airports could be delayed while the strike continues.
