Surprise at a potential customer refusing to agree to follow new COVID-19 guidance.

Gary Burke, Director of Burke Bros in Wolverhampton, was so surprised when a potential customer refused to agree to follow any of the new COVID-19 guidance that he decided to record his reaction on video.  The attitude of the man in question was even more difficult to understand when he revealed his medical condition!
