The BAR Young Movers will be holding its 2022 conference, entitled 'Moving into the Future', from 13 -15 October at the University Arms Hotel in Cambridge. The event’s main sponsor is insurance broker, Basil Fry & Company.

The main business day will include a visit to DS Smith, one of Europe’s largest corrugated plants, presentations from Backhouse Jones Solicitors on Employment Law; Basil Fry will be presenting a policy and claims overview for the industry; and Alastair Deane, from Deanes Removals in North Wales, will talk about his time in the industry.

The keynote speaker will be former police officer and crisis negotiator Cathy McDonald.  Cathy will talk about her role as a negotiator and explain how she has transferred those skills to help others develop the ability for excellent communication.
