Restore acquires Synertec

Restore plc has announced that it has acquired Synertec, a document management business in the UK reportedly for an initial cash consideration of £22m plus deferred cash consideration based on Synertec's future profits.

Synertec provides document services on behalf of major public sector and commercial organisations, including around 75% of NHS Trusts. The company has been operating for over 25 years, has a £70m turnover and 300 staff.

Nigel Dews, Managing Director, Restore Information Management said: “This acquisition enhances our information management offering and enables Restore to offer additional services to our already strong customer base. Given our existing relationships with NHS Trusts, other public sector bodies and corporate customers we are well positioned to be a catalyst for growth.”
