Pound Gates Insurance Brokers has been recognised as Best Employer at the Insurance Broker Awards 2025.

The judging panel highlighted the company’s approach to professional development, employee wellbeing, and workplace culture. In particular, they noted its emphasis on continuous learning, flexible working, and recognition programmes as factors that contribute to staff engagement and retention.

The accolade follows a series of recent industry acknowledgements. Pound Gates’ Claims team won Claims Team of the Year 2024 at the UK Broker Awards and Claims Innovation of the Year 2024 at the Claims & Fraud Awards. The firm was also named Best Workplace in Insurance 2024 at the National Insurance Awards.
