Doree Bonner International has been named Specialist Supplier of the Year at the 2025 Awards hosted by the Claims Consortium Group (CCG), in recognition of its outstanding work in disaster recovery and emergency removals across the UK.

These services play a vital role in supporting housing providers during urgent, complex and often distressing situations, where professionalism and care are paramount.

In selecting Doree Bonner International as this year’s winner, the Claims Consortium Group highlighted several key achievements. These included consistently outperforming service level agreements, maintaining a zero-complaint record for more than two years, and demonstrating exceptional levels of responsiveness, professionalism and customer care. The company was also recognised as a pioneering supplier on the Synergy Cloud system, helping to drive innovation and efficiency within the sector.

The award was presented at a ceremony in Taunton and accepted on behalf of the company by Claire Rubly, National Corporate Account Manager at Doree Bonner International. The event brought together leading organisations and suppliers working across housing, insurance and claims management.
