The business sessions at the FIDI conference in Bangkok in March included five panel discussions.
Historically most of the attendees at some business conferences stay away from these plenary meetings, preferring to use their time discussing private business. Here we have reported on each session with a summary of the topic to provide just a flavour of what went on and of what some delegates missed.
This year, FIDI chose once again to focus directly on business and some of the big issues the industry faces today. These topics included:

- Making Technology work for us
- Will the new military contract affect the industry outside the USA?
- Developing a DSP business
- What should the moving industry be doing about sustainability?
