The new Global Moving Foundation, formed this year, has launched its website.

The GMF is an evolution of the Alan F. Wohlstetter Scholarship Fund (AFWSF) that has provided educational opportunities to members of the moving industry for many years.  But this new organisation is involved in much more than education, including: innovation, charitable work and the relationship with stakeholders in the wider industry.

The educational element continues, including the academic awards and the popular Industry Training Program (ITP), as well as a new award to include more vocational education. Although the GMF will have a broader focus, its aim is to advance professional excellence in the global moving industry.
