The DVLA has now resolved the issue of faulty driver and company cards. The temporary suspension of the 15 day rule will come to an end on 30 June.

The DVLA have now written to drivers to inform them that from 1 July, VOSA and the police will re-instate enforcement activities for all drivers, who will be subject to the normal rules. This includes penalties for driving without a card.
