On Monday 22nd September McCrorys Removals Ltd. of Nottingham won its case against NGRS in the Milton Keynes County Court.

The claim from NGRS related to the non payment of subscription fees amounting to £14,076 (of which £3,834 had already been paid by McCrorys) that arose following McCrorys completion of a Free Trial Offer in 2011.  The court denied the claim and also denied NGRS its costs of £22,000.  NGRS was required to pay McCrorys Removals Ltd. a sum of £5,000.
