The DVSA has announced that some of its online services for vehicle operators will not be available from 3.45pm on Thursday, 18 February to 7am on Monday, 22 February 2016 while the site undergoes planned maintenance.
The outage will affect:
- Lorry, bus and trailer vehicle test bookings and payments (driving tests won't be affected);
- DVSA Pre-Funded Account transactions, including 'top-ups' and balance checks;
- Lorry, bus and trailer test expiry date checks;
- Vehicle maintenance report requests;
- Operator Compliance Risk Score (OCRS);
- ‘Operator Self Service’ including payments.
The DVSA Customer Service Centre will not be accessible during this period. General enquires are not affected.
The DVSA has apologised for any inconvenience caused.
