Take a scroll through social media and it is awash with people telling you that they have started new jobs or moved to different companies.

James Spratt has started as branch manager with Clockwork Removals & Storage in South London.

Patrick Groth, previously with Santa Fe in Hong Kong, has left the industry to work with investment company, Mercer.

Dave Brewster, previously with Johnsons Business Moves, has started a new position as commercial director at Crown Workplace.

Mike Kessler has joined DN Van Lines as VP of global sales.

Stephen Cassell is the new CFO at CEND.

Edward Melton has become the new president of Armstrong in Los Angeles.

Rebecca Clark has started as business development manager for BTR International
