Mac’s Truck Sales has demonstrated its strong community spirit by donating a new Renault Trafic van to The Welcome Centre, a Huddersfield-based food bank and crisis support charity that helps thousands of people each year.

The Welcome Centre recently launched an appeal to replace its ageing delivery van, which was no longer fit for purpose. Responding to the call, the team at Mac’s provided a fully equipped Renault Trafic with custom wooden panelling to maximise loading space. The van will be used daily to collect food donations, deliver emergency parcels, and distribute essential items across the local community.

Mac’s also supplied detachable magnetic signage, allowing The Welcome Centre to remove branding when making discreet deliveries to individuals and families who may prefer privacy - ensuring dignity remains central to their service.
