A heartwarming moment took centre stage at this year’s Movers & Storers Show, as Lisa Rogerson, owner of Help For Movers and the creator of the 'Step By Step Guide to Moving House' personally handed over a new batch of booklets to Copps Removals of Devon - the first company to supply the guides to their customers.

The presentation was made even more meaningful as the recipients were the author’s own brother and niece, continuing a proud family tradition in the removals industry.

Growing up in a household where moving was part of everyday life helped shape the author’s passion for supporting people through the often stressful moving process. What began as a family connection has evolved into a widely used practical resource now supplied by companies across the UK.

The show offered the perfect setting to celebrate the guide’s journey, meet supporters and share stories from the industry. The author expressed gratitude to the many firms already offering the booklet and welcomed conversations with companies interested in enhancing client care.
