The corporate housing and global mobility specialist was recognised for its transformative environmental and social impact programmes, making it one of the few organisations ever to win simultaneously across the three regional ceremonies in London, Singapore and Dallas.

The EMMAs are regarded as the highest honour in international mobility and celebrate excellence across HR, relocation and expatriate services. Judges praised RelocateU for delivering measurable results and setting a new benchmark for responsible business within the relocation sector.

RelocateU’s initiatives span multiple continents, from restoring kelp forests across 13 sites in Sydney to reforesting nearly three hectares in Croatia and Australia using drone technology. The company has also supported social projects including providing more than 65,000 meals via a soup kitchen in Lahore, building water pumps for communities in Pakistan, and renovating a school for vulnerable children in Kasur.

A partnership with Operation Crayweed ensures that every booking helps fund the restoration of underwater marine forests, while RelocateU’s pioneering Scope 4 emissions reporting empowers clients to track and reduce environmental impact. The company’s efforts have also earned it EcoVadis Gold status - placing it among the top 5% of companies worldwide for sustainability performance.

Co-founder and Managing Director Lucie Nazir said the recognition demonstrates the power of purpose-led business. “We’re proving that global mobility can drive meaningful change for the planet and for communities.”

As sustainability becomes increasingly central to relocation strategies, RelocateU is positioning itself at the forefront of climate and social innovation, redefining what responsible global mobility can achieve.
