Expat Relocation Solutions has appointed Tracy Cole as Vice President, further strengthening its leadership team as the business enters its next phase of growth.

Cole assumes the role previously held by Brian Fournier, who will transition into an executive advisory position.

Cole brings more than 26 years of industry experience, joining Expat after a long career at Arpin International Group. During her tenure, including a decade working alongside Fournier, she played a key role in operational leadership, team development and delivering consistently high levels of service to global clients.
