Heart Relocation has opened a new office in Singapore, marking a key milestone in the relocation management company’s global expansion strategy and strengthening support for clients across Asia-Pacific.
The move reflects growing client demand, increasing regional mobility, and Heart’s focus on enhancing the experience for both corporate customers and the employees they relocate. Co-Founder Anna Fletcher said establishing a base in Singapore will enable the company to deliver a more responsive, personalised and seamless service across Asia, reinforcing its “people first” approach and the high-touch support Heart is known for.
Heart Relocation reports an overall Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 92, highlighting consistently strong feedback from globally mobile employees and corporate partners.
Co-Founder Rob Fletcher described Singapore as a strategic gateway for the region and said the office will help Heart broaden its capability, deepen partnerships and support more organisations with the quality, empathy and consistency that define the brand.
The Singapore opening is positioned as the first stage of Heart Relocation’s multi-regional growth strategy, as the business continues to expand internationally while maintaining its service-led culture and customer experience standards.
