Arpin International Group has appointed Sarah Terilli as Director of Operations and Administration, supporting its corporate international and domestic service divisions.
Sarah joined Arpin in 2001 and has progressed through a series of increasingly senior roles during a career spanning nearly 25 years in the household goods moving and storage industry. In her new position, she is responsible for overseeing daily operations, international supply chain management, global account support, and service team performance, all with the objective of delivering consistently high-quality transfer experiences. She also works closely with Arpin’s IT Development team, helping to drive productivity, streamline processes, and further enhance customer service.
Widely respected across the organisation and the wider supply chain, Sarah is known for her detailed understanding of the relocation process and her proactive, relationship-focused approach. She has developed strong partnerships with suppliers both in the USA and internationally, contributing to service consistency and reliability.
Sarah holds FIDI certification in the Foundations of International Moving and an associate degree in General Business from the Community College of Rhode Island. She is based in Warwick, Rhode Island, USA, and enjoys outdoor activities including hiking and biking.
