In his new role, Kruger will ensure the right compliance frameworks and operational procedures are embedded to support BMG’s distribution network. He will also explore new opportunities and help the business meet rising demand for end-user logistics solutions and time-critical last-mile deliveries, including technical distribution work. 

Kruger joins BMG from a freight distribution company and brings more than a decade of leadership experience spanning logistics, transport and sales. A key priority will be strengthening compliance and security protocols across the supply chain, alongside supporting teams through specialist training and certifications such as heavy lifting and equipment handling. 

Kruger said he is “thrilled” to join BMG and looks forward to enhancing the service offering and expanding capabilities in technical distribution. Managing Director Rachel Houghton added that his experience and leadership will help drive growth while maintaining the specialist standards clients expect.
