Irwin Mitchell has strengthened its prime residential property offering with the appointment of Anoushka Parker as Legal Director in its Residential Property team.
Joining from Greenwoods Legal, Anoushka will support the firm’s bespoke services for UK and international high-net-worth (HNW) and ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) clients, with a particular focus on prime central London and surrounding areas.
She advises on a wide range of prime residential matters, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, transfers of equity, de-enveloping work, informal lease extensions and refinancing. Anoushka will be based in Irwin Mitchell’s London office and will work closely with Claire-Marie Cornford, Head of High Net Worth & International Private Client Services.
Anoushka brings an impressive profile to the role, having been recognised by Spear’s 500, Chambers High Net Worth and eprivateclient Top 35 Under 35. Her appointment reflects Irwin Mitchell’s continued investment in specialist expertise for complex, high-value residential transactions.
