DKV customers who use the DKV CARD +CHARGE will soon be able to recharge their electric car or hybrid vehicle at an additional 4,500 charging points across Germany, Austria and Switzerland and at a further 3,600 locations in Italy and Luxembourg.

A contract was recently signed between Charge4Europe, Italian charge point operators Be Charge S.r.l. and Duferco Energia S. p. A. as well as a consortium of the Chargy network in Luxembourg and the European FullService Provider has.to.be.

As a result, the Europewide DKV charging network will soon rise to over 70,000 charge points in Germany, Austria, Belgium, France, the Netherlands, Luxembourg and Italy.

Marco van Kalleveen, CEO of the DKV MOBILITY SERVICES Group said, “Entering new markets in the course of our ambitious growth strategy always requires significant efforts from a commercial, legal and financial point of view. This is why we are very happy to have successfully taken this very important step in collaborating with key players to enter the Austrian, Italian and Luxembourg e-mobility markets.”
