UTA Edenred has strengthened its UK presence with the integration of over 500 Shell service stations into its growing acceptance network.
This move further solidifies the longstanding partnership between UTA Edenred - a leading European mobility service provider - and EuroShell Cards B.V.
UTA cardholders can now access Shell stations across England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland, enabling the purchase of diesel, petrol, and AdBlue. With this latest expansion, UTA Edenred’s UK fuel network now encompasses more than 1,660 locations, including all BP stations and 60 Circle K outlets in Northern Ireland.
“Shell is one of our most progressive acceptance partners,” said Lukas Schneider, Commercial Director EMEA at UTA Edenred. “This development is another milestone in the growth of our European fuel network and adds real value for our customers.”
Echoing this sentiment, Jérôme Reinecke, Head of Roaming and Pricing Europe at Shell, added: “We are pleased to welcome UTA Edenred customers to Shell stations in the UK and provide them with our full range of quality products and services.”
UTA Edenred’s European offering includes access to over 87,000 acceptance points in 40 countries. Beyond fuel, services include toll processing, workshops, vehicle cleaning, secure parking, and multimodal transport solutions. The company is also advancing its sustainable mobility portfolio through UTA eCharge - a 360 degree e-mobility service designed for all vehicle types and charging scenarios.
