Conroy Removals is celebrating the success of three of its rising stars, who have each been nominated for the EROAD Transporting New Zealand Young Driver of the Year Award – North Island.

From Napier, Ben joined the company in 2022 and achieved his Full Class 5 Licence in just 2.5 years. Now one of Conroy’s go-to drivers, Ben is recognised for his professionalism, skill, and positive attitude on every move.

Alfie, who began his career in Tauranga before relocating to Auckland, started with a Class 1 Licence and steadily worked his way up to Class 5. Today, he’s entrusted with long-distance moves across both islands, admired for his adaptability, focus on safety, and commitment to excellence.

At just 18 years old, Drew is another standout. He first joined Conroy as a holiday labourer at 16 and has already secured his Class 2 Licence, with plans to progress to Class 4. Known for his maturity and strong work ethic, Drew is set for a promising career in transport.

Conroy Removals says it is “incredibly proud” of all three nominees for representing the company and demonstrating the skill, dedication, and spirit of the next generation of drivers.
