The Road Haulage Association (RHA) has been named SME Business and Trade Association of the Year at the SME4Labour Excellence Awards 2025, held in London in early November.

The award celebrates organisations that create positive change through advocacy, partnership and leadership - with the RHA recognised for its commitment to championing the haulage, logistics, coach and van sectors.

RHA Managing Director Richard Smith said the accolade reflects the Association’s collaborative approach and strong stakeholder engagement. “It’s always pleasing to see my colleagues recognised for their efforts and the impact they make through strong relationships and shared purpose,” he said, thanking members and supporters for their contribution. “This is also testament to the work our members do to help us shape a better future for our sector.”
