Vincente Connolly has been appointed to the position of UK sales director for Scania (Great Britain) Limited with immediate effect.

In his new role, Vincente takes overall responsibility for the sales of all new Scania trucks, buses, coaches and industrial and marine engines within the United Kingdom.

Vincente has over 25 years’ experience within the commercial vehicle industry as a technician and in senior roles within the Mercedes-Benz organisation, working both at dealer and manufacturer level.  Prior to joining Scania, he was regional director for DAF dealer, Imperial Commercials.

Martin Hay, Managing Director for Scania (Great Britain) Limited said, "Over the course of his career Vincente has gained experience in both internal and customer-facing roles.
