Marc Rogers resigns from Unigroup

UniGroup, the parent company of United Van Lines, Mayflower Transit and other transportation related companies, has announced that Marc Rogers, President and CEO, has resigned to pursue other opportunities.

Marc RogersJason Mills has taken over as interim president and CEO while the company’s Board of Directors search for a permanent replacement.

Jason has been with UniGroup for nearly 13 years, taking on increasing responsibilities throughout the organisation, including leading several business units. Prior to Marc’s resignation, Jason had been expected to take on the role of chief operating officer. He previously held leadership roles at Spectrum Brands, Bayer and The Coca-Cola Company.

“Marc established a strong leadership team and focussed his attention on innovation and delivering an improved customer experience,” said Charles McDaniel, Chairman of the Board. “We appreciate his leadership and wish him the best in his future endeavours. In the interim, I look forward to working closely with Jason to continue moving our organisation forward.”
