New app to help you avoid traffic jams.

Waze is a free, community-based traffic and navigation app that is designed to help you avoid traffic jams and get about more easily. 

It’s free to download onto your mobile and offer you real time traffic data from other road users in your area.  Traffic jams show up on the sat nav as they happen so you can re-route to avoid the problem. There is also a social element to the app so people can write reports for other drivers if they wish (only when their car is stationary!) explaining the cause of a hold-up or jam.
