AltoVita, a cloud-based global accommodation platform that delivers private and serviced apartments, villas and homes worldwide, has announced new features on its platform to improve the client and employee experience during corporate relocation.

Karolina and Vivi co-founders of AltoVitaThe company has developed a new data analytics tool to help clients contrast and compare average and seasonal market prices. The tool will allow corporates to benchmark, budget, and manage client expectations more easily.

The system has improved filters to help clients easily search for properties that allow pets, have entertainment facilities, and work-from-home-ready essentials, among others. This empowers businesses and their employees to relocate fuss-free, by not only automating the entire process, but by generating a cost saving of up to 80% for clients and reducing the sourcing timeline from 24-72 hours to just a few minutes. The new development was announced recently during an online Corporate Housing Innovation Summit, hosted by AltoVita.

Vivi Cahyadi Himmel, CEO and Co-Founder at AltoVita, commented: “We’re immensely proud to be pioneering digitalisation within the corporate housing sector with our world-first Innovation Summit. It provided a fantastic opportunity to utilise design thinking methodology to discuss real-life experiences around the challenges of relocation. AltoVita was born out of these issues and we’re excited to be continuing to develop our product based on tangible industry feedback.”

To improve customer experience further, AltoVita has also developed a revolutionary public Application Programming Interface (API), which will allow relocation partners access to a global network of one million vetted and verified properties across 165 countries and 800+ cities. Clients can then seamlessly initiate housing requests, extend bookings, and cancel reservations. The company says this is the first open API developed to support the corporate housing sector.

By integrating with Google, AltoVita will also allow relocating employees and digital nomads to select housing near their desired shops and local amenities. Its clients can now overlay key features on top of a map view, including food & drink, shopping, public transport, medical, and schools.
