Voxme launches Bingo App

Voxme in Canada has launched a new Bingo App that makes delivery check-off for international moves easier and more reliable.

The company said that the whole idea of being able to use an app for delivery check-off, without the need to be tied to the origin agent’s inventory system or any specific inventory format, is revolutionary and powerful. An origin agent can send a link to the destination agent to download the app and the delivery job, or a delivery agent can dispatch a delivery job to their own crew using just the piece count on the origin inventory.

The app checks off packages as they are unloaded into the residence.  Unlike a paper check-off it prevents errors in checking and accommodates unmarked packages (where the labels have come off) allowing them to be described easily and be photographed.  “So the client and the driver can both go through the report, sign off on it electronically, leave a client with a signed pdf, send a pdf back to the office and push the pdf back to the mover that dispatched the bingo job,” explained Max Kreynin from Voxme.  Max believes there is no comparable system in the industry other than where both the origin and destination agents are using the same system.

The system also supports the opportunity for origin agents to print off bar code labels from any Zebra printer.  This makes the checking-off process at destination even easier.
