The US Military household goods contract has now been confirmed as awarded to Team ARC, the American Roll On Roll Off Carrier Group, of Parsippany, New Jersey. Team ARC includes UniGroup (United Van Lines & Mayflower Transit), Suddath, Atlas Van Lines, The Pasha Group, and Deloitte. The contract is worth $7.2 billion over three years.

The contract was originally awarded in May but was then subject to a challenge by two of the unsuccessful companies involved in the tender process. A subsequent investigation said, however, that the allegations made were unsubstantiated and confirmed the award of the contract to Team ARC.

Mike Brannigan from Suddath said, “Suddath, along with our Team ARC partners, remains committed to TRANSCOM’s priority to ‘Take care of the troops,’ and we are excited and honoured to move forward with the GHC.”

All US Military household goods moves will continue under the present system until February 2021.
